33bd Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 33bd platform ("33bd", "we", "us") and the platform user ("you", "member"). By creating an account on 33bd or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms.

33bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page at the start of each session.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on 33bd, you must be at least 21 years of age. If online gaming and betting is legally prohibited in your area of residence, you are not eligible to use this platform. It is entirely your responsibility to confirm your own eligibility.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such accounts are identified, 33bd reserves the right to close them and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, age, mobile number, payment method details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed at any time, and any remaining balance may be withheld.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal amount will be sent to your verified payment method only. Before withdrawing, ensure that all wagering requirements on any bonus have been met.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all transactions. Funds sent to an incorrect number may not be recoverable. If you experience any issue with a transaction, please contact our support team.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only — the deposit amount is not included). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any attempt to circumvent bonus terms is a clear violation of 33bd's policies. If such activity is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, 33bd may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

33bd is committed to fair play. The outcomes of all games offered on our platform are determined randomly and are not manipulated in favour of any party.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating games through software, bots, or automated systems
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Coordinating with other members to manipulate games ("collusion")
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour

5.3 Suspicious Activity

If 33bd detects suspicious activity, it may immediately suspend the relevant account and conduct an investigation. The account balance may be temporarily withheld during the investigation period.

5.4 Technical Errors

Any balance or winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system malfunction will be considered void. 33bd does not bear responsibility for erroneous transactions.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All odds offered in the sports betting section are set by 33bd and are subject to change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

6.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, the relevant bets will be settled in accordance with 33bd's policies. In such cases, the original stake amount is generally refunded.

7.2 Tier Progression

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 33bd

33bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms

• Providing false information or concealing identity
• Being identified as a minor
• Legal or regulatory requirements

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please arrange to withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account.
